instrument makers. This adapter is made for use with an osseointegration

Machining techniques
The team of DIM devices consists of several disciplines, including the knowledge of
machining techniques. Thanks to years of combined experience, especially in turning
and milling, we are able to design cost-effectively. Through intensive cooperation
with machining companies, we are able to keep this knowledge up to date and we
ensure a reliable design and production process.
The engineers of DIM devices are closely involved with the customers and their
patients. During the development of our products, there is intensive collaboration
with patients and their practitioners. DIM devices want to optimize their products
so that all stakeholders are satisfied.
By adopting new design and production techniques, DIM is able to respond quickly to
the ever-changing demands from the market.
DIM devices spend a lot of time and care on its assembly process, every composition
is checked for functionality and quality. To realize this, intensive collaboration
with production companies is taking place to make the assembly process as
structured and efficient as possible.
With the assemblies that are delivered to new customers, a short instruction is
given, after which the customer himself is able to completely disassemble and
assemble the product. The patient can also disassemble / assemble the assembly with
a simple tool set and, if necessary, exchange parts.
